Technical Committee and Referee has given intensive training that is recognized by the Confederation of Asian Futsal & World Futsal Association. They are also the first referee Malaysia & Asia that has been professionally trained to prepare adjudicate any matches Malaysian and international. All of them will be regulated by Mr. Francis Lee the officer involved in the training and development of more referees in Asia.

As exposure and initial training they will judge the whole game MFL 2013/2014 starting 14 September, 2013 to February 22, 2014. They are also responsible to manage the technical affairs the competition, and all reports will be submitted to the Technical Director & Referee MFL 2013/2014.
